Method of Preparation:

  • In a pan, dry roast the tomatoes and garlic until lightly charred.
  • Remove the garlic from the pan; add chilies and dry roast them along with the tomatoes until they are puffed up.
  • Peel the garlic and set aside.
  • Remove the roasted tomatoes from the heat and cut them up roughly.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender along with some salt and blitz well.
  • Allow it to cool and pour it into a serving bowl.
  • Serve it with your favourite taco.
