Upon completing this professional chef training course, you will receive an International Vocational Qualification (IVQ) Level 3 - Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts and Supervision (8064-06).
This qualification offers you a Certificate of Completion and a Digital Badge, which can be shared online via email and social media, showcasing your achievement and the skills you provide to prospective employers.

Course Delivery
This Advanced Diploma is only available on a full-time basis to students who have already completed the Professional Program in Cookery, Baking and Pâtisserie, or both. The Advanced Diploma in Kitchen Management takes three (3) months to complete.
Classes are from 07.30 AM to 05.30 PM, Sunday to Thursday.

Fees & Payment
ICCA Dubai’s IWP (Industry Internship / Work Experience Placement) Program is an industry integration initiative specially designed for students wishing to join the industry as Professional Chefs by way of regular employment or an internship leading to work placement.
The IWP Program is separately conducted in addition to the 620 hours of intensive on-campus guided learning and training, which comprise our Professional Program.
The IWP arrangements are in the form of either regular employment to begin with, or an industry internship generally of 6 to 12 months’ duration, successful completion of which would lead the student chef to a regular work placement.
The ICCA Restaurateur's Package
The ICCA Pro Restaurateur Package is for Entrepreneurs and Professionals looking to set up a Food Business, or for those already in the Food Business, looking to enhance their standards of kitchen Operrations and Management.
Fees may be paid in AED by Cash, Cheque, Credit / Debit Cards, by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or through the Secured Payment Gateway provided in this website to ICCA Dubai, as convenient and applicable
Convenient Installment Plan is available for Local / UAE Admissions.The first installment is to be paid at the time of admission and the balance installment payment is required to be secured by a Post Dated Cheque (PDC).
International students are required to pay fees in advance to secure admission, hostel reservation and the UAE Visa.

Yes, the following are the minimum entry requirements more specifically for the Professional Program -
English Language - You are required to have a working proficiency in the English language, (equivalent to an IELTS score of 5.5) as it is the medium of instruction is in the English language.
Minimum Education - Should have Passed Year 12 or equivalent.
Minimum Age - 16 years for Residents of the UAE and 18 years for international student admissions.
Medical Fitness - Must pass a medical examination for Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis (TB), AIDS / HIV, Leprosy, and Syphilis.
The Health and Wellness Workshops are not exclusively vegetarian or vegan. However, they are focused on showcasing plant-forward recipes.
Yes. As soon as you pay your tuition fees, they are held in a bank account administered by ICCA Dubai and they are not accessed until you begin your course
