ICCA Dubai’s Amateur Program in Baking & Patisserie is primarily available as a part time biweekly program (Monday & Wednesday) from 9:30 am- 12:30 pm or on a full-day weekend programme (Sunday) from 10 am -5 pm taking approx six (6) months to complete.
This program can also be done on a fast-track basis over a period of 6 weeks with classes 4 days a week from Monday to Thursday.
All equipment, ingredients and protective gear are provided, along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.
