Blood Sugar Management

Disturbed blood sugar regulation (Dysglycemia) has become an epidemic in our culture. Poor blood sugar control can result in serious health implications that will affect the way you feel.

About This Program

Diabetes is one of the leading causes of mortality and reduced life expectancy. Approximately 463 million adults (aged 20 to 79 years) are living with diabetes, and by 2030, this number is expected to rise to 570 million. Maintaining normal blood sugar levels is a very important part of avoiding long-term health issues. In this workshop, you will explore different aspects of blood sugar management, learn about dietary and lifestyle principles to balance blood sugar, and discover how to create diabetic-friendly menus.
