A classic Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti recipe, made with just a handful of ingredients and yet incredibly delicious. 

Definitely a dinner party is a must if you want to impress your friends and family with this classic recipe!

300 gm


500 gm
Vegetable oil

1 tbsp

Garlic cloves

Chili flakes

1 tsp

Soy sauce

2 tbsp
Oyster sauce

2 tbsp

Scallions and Ginger


1 cup

1 tbsp


½ tsp
Vegetable oil

¼ cup

Sesame oil

1 tsp

Method of Preparation:

  • Crush together scallions, ginger, and salt once done keep it aside.
  • In a small vessel add vegetable oil and a bit of sesame oil for flavor, once it’s really hot pour it over the scallion mix and keep aside.
  • Meanwhile, keep the spaghetti for boiling until it reaches al dente or to the tooth consistency.
  • In a pan add oil and once it heats up add garlic to that and sauté until fragrant, that add chili flakes to your liking, and add the shrimp and cook until it turns pink and opaque.
  • To this add the soy sauce and oyster sauce (you might end up with a little sauce which is completely normal as you want the spaghetti to take up the flavor) as said add the cooked spaghetti to this and toss it around.
  • Once the spaghetti has socked up the liquid add the scallion mixture to this and mix it.
  • It can be garnished as you like and served warm.
