International Center for Culinary Arts - ICCA Dubai, has wins two prestigious awards of the MENA Region for its innovative initiatives and continued excellence in the culinary space.
The ASBU BroadcastPro Awards 2016 andProChef Awards 2016 that came in immediate succession of each other has seen the culinary school take home the coveted awards of both the Broadcast and the Culinary industry.
1. The ASBU BroadcastPro Best Digital Initiative of the Year 2016
Fatafeat ICCA Academy Online won the prestigious title for the “Best Digital Initiative of the Year” at the sixth edition of ASBU BroadcastPro Awards held in Dubai on 15th November 2016.
The BroadcastPro award event is a major affair in the annual calendar for MENA broadcast industry to reward the key industry players in both traditional and new media space. The award recognises companies that have excellent technology platform at the heart of their business that drives growth.
Fatafeat ICCA Academy Online is a joint initiative by International Centre for Culinary Arts - ICCA Dubai, and Fatafeat – Discovery Networks ME, for the digital media space, based on the innovative concept to delivering a new way of learning food online by bringing the Television Media and Online Learning Platform together to provide a seamless user experience.
2. The ProChef ME Cooking School of the Year 2016
“Cooking School of the Year” award by ProChef Middle East that the school won at a special gala evening on November 16th, is a tribute and recognition of the achievements of notable culinary professionals & establishments that have made significant and lasting contributions to the Middle East’s F&B sector.
The nominations and winners are drawn exclusively from the fine category of 4 and 5 star outlets and equivalent independent restaurants & culinary institutions, from across the region to celebrate the creative hands and expertise of the industry. Voted by the industry and for the industry, the awards applaud the best of UAE’s food connoisseurs.
ICCA Dubai has been honoured by many prominent awards over the years but is now a proud winner of two coveted and distinguished awards in a row.
